Monday, November 20, 2023 - A Chilean Bordeaux blend, 67% Cab, 12% Malbec, 8% Carmenere, 7% Petit Verdot, 6% Cab Franc.

Bordeaux roots but the Chilean DNA on the nose with medium plus aromas of chili, bell pepper, lots of perfume, raspberry, and cassis. A complex nose for sure.

Deep ruby colour with medium flavours of red plum, blackberry, bell pepper, tobacco, blackcurrant, and minerals. Medium dry chalk tannins that settle after two hours. The best South American wine I've had and I'm glad I have another to see the evolution of it.
