Sunday, April 21, 2024 - deep ruby color with clearing towards the rims. dark cherry, plum, cola, clove, vanilla, and earth on the nose. medium bodied with medium bodied acidity, fresh but soft mouthfeel. palate with more cherry and cola flavors and a well measured touch of something akin to parsley. faint dusty drying tannins on the back with a bit of the green herbaceous stuff to finish. shows just a bit of alcoholic heat. good length. coming right along.
