Thursday, November 9, 2023 - Dry, full body, med-high acidity, lots of backbone/structure that will benefit from aging 5+ years, I could guess 10 years. Rustic red fruit with hints of cherry. Needed to open and leave for 1.5 hours, just kept getting better with time after decanting. Try again in 3-4 years or later.
