Friday, December 29, 2023 - At the Japanese in the four seasons megeve. Pairing with the Omakase menu. Beautiful golden color. Peach, orange, sweet apple, citrus, sweet pineapple, hay, a very ample nose. Med+ acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity and med finish. Nice acidity, creamy mouth, sweet fruits, very well balanced mouth. Beautiful lingering salinity. Lovely
