Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - In a perfect place right now, offering a marriage of freshness with the benefits of some age - having had time to draw out the more complete character(s) of the varieties and site. These folks are serious about quality, and if you're looking for something off the beaten path, something of a breath of fresh air after having been traveling the wine road for some time, you owe it to yourself to find this wine, or at least their wines. Yes, it will last, but I think you'll only be trading one thing for another if you wait. I need more. I do. highly recommended

Aerated to decanter 4 hours; continued to unfold right through the last sip. Robust elegance.
