Saturday, April 4, 2020 - Bouquet of ripe berries, spices and some roasted red peppers and beets, a bit of funk. Great palate, lush, fresh and sweet, some dark fruit elements, good amount of acidity, spicy finish. Tastes more like a Tuscan wine than a French or US cabernet. In a great spot to drink. No need to wait, although with air it grows still a bit.
