Saturday, March 11, 2023 - Superdense, ripe black primary fruit dominating at this early juncture. Has a decent underpinning of salty-woody there backed by med+ tannin grip and low-med acid backbone. 14.5% alc.
This is big and bodacious today, easy-to-like for the Burg-curious with some stuffing to age into something a bit more than just primary fruit. Its very big to me (and I like me some fruit), but you take what the season hands you, and I appreciate Amelie's winemaking.
