Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Medium-pale yellow gold with green tint. Lemon, citrus peel, white flowers, sage, hazelnut, mild butter, honeycomb and minerality. Medium-full to fill bodied, high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and long mineral finish. Complex, elegant and well balanced. Smooth yet edgy on the palate. Medium tension in the finish (any tension is good).

Perfect to enjoy now and this bottle would cellar well for another 10 years due to excellent acidity and abandance of fruits.
