Thursday, February 17, 2022 - Pale lemon in the glass, the wine has a pronounced nose of green apple, green pear, and a hint of salt water air, much like my nights on the Narragansett pier. On the palate the wine reveals flavors of lemon and mandarin orange with a distinct wet stone minerality. Perfectly balanced acid and body with a long tart fruit finish.
