Sunday, December 20, 2020 - light lemon colour, shiny; very good. nose: in the first attack quite sharp lemony aromas with some soft celeriac notes; rather intense, bit vegetal. later peach with some minerality. taste: medium (+) acidity - crisp, green apples; someminerality and again vegetal notes; plus lemon; medium (+) bit nutty finish with soft riper, sweeter fruit. Not bad structure.
