Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Nose of ripe fruits, melon, ananas, not mineral. Although alcohol % is 14,5, it is not really noticeable.
Flavours of tropical fruits, apricot and butter. Balance is ok, acidity is limited but adequate, a bit of a sweet undertone. For a white wine, quite full bodied with a long presence in the mouth.
The wine can still be kept for a couple of years.
All in all, a nice glass of wine to be combined with fish with creamy sauce or chicken and veal. Think would do well with medium spicy (Asian) food as well.
