I really love Vilmart -- it's got the richness I want in a bottle of champagne, it's clean, and opulent. This is no exception. An outstanding value with plenty of delicious and delicate white fruit. Sweet and full-bodied, but with all the necessary champagne acidity and cut. Much more rounded and complex with a few hours of air.
