Sunday, April 24, 2011 - I heard people seldom make vintage champagne from 2003, but Bollinger did anyway. Came in a nice box. There were grassy, sugarcane-ish aromas. On te palate, small and lively bubbles, balanced acid profile and tons of apples. Very balanced, considering that it is a 2003.
