Saturday, January 24, 2009 - Pale yellow color nice pinpoint bubbles and a fragrance of green citrus, (more apple than anything else) and brioche. Creamy feel in the mouth, nice acid, blanaced but not quite flavorful. Needs time! Served with triple cream brie and stone crackers.
