Saturday, May 16, 2009 - Schatzkammer Tasting--German Rarities (Dee Vine Wines, San Francisco): Healthy yellow color for age. Subtle, laid back nose. Rich for the Saar, but the fruit and sweetness are subdued. Clearly mature. Not fading in the least, but not terribly interesting either.
