Saturday, October 1, 2011 - Direct fronm the store to my cellar sitting there patiently. Resolved but in great shape. Improved in the carafe and over dinner (lamb) and totally held it's own with the lamb but just a dream with imported parmesan reggiano. Can't put it down and the last glass will be my dessert for the night. Delicious factor all over from nose to palate. Some need to store their stuff better methinks.
