Friday, February 17, 2023 - Gleaming light 24 karat gold color. Sweet apricots and an almost beer-like yeasty scent on the nose and a faint turpentine note. Lightly syrupy body with notes of lemon curd, apricot, yuzu, and a hint of petroleum in the finish, rather creosote-like. Really delicious and refreshing.
