Monday, May 1, 2023 - Opened to evaluate and compare to a few other producers BM.
Leave it alone! What hits you first on the palate is an enticing sweetness, then intense dark fruit flavours ( ripe dark cherry) followed by a wave of fresh slightly drying tannins. Opens up and mellows as you finish the bottle. Excellent potential and Wow capability. This does open up and is very accessible early. Compared to Fourrier and Groffier. All were great wines with different styles. All need time!
