Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - Surprised at just how drinkable it was for a 2017. Paired with a grilled NY Strip Steak and it was an incredible pairing. So delicious. Ripe cherry, leather, earthy, tar, truffle. Wonderful and glad to have 2 more bottles!
