Thursday, December 1, 2022 - Loved the combination of Tajarin with tartufo bianco & Vajras 'Coste di Rose' 2017, a Barolo that delivers a lot of pleasure today. The plain red berry fruit finds additional shades of mixed dried flowers, mint and wet asphalt. Rich and also energetic & vital in the mouthfeel. Changing a lot in the glass this keeps all senses active. A beautiful Vajra wine.
