Wednesday, December 16, 2020 - Quite elegant and restrained nose: lower intensity, but it does wake up with air and time. A sense of fatness, though not heavy or deep, an earthy quality of mulchy ripe fruits on the darker side… very nice.

Stimulating and energetic with a richness to the acidity. Similarly earthy flavours to the nose, and perfumed blueberry fruit. This shows some tension, a tautness with a chalky/graphite edge. Long and intense. This grows on you.
