Friday, February 24, 2023 - Drank at a restaurant; initially super red fruited and floral, then opens to show more sanguine notes and the fruit gets a bit darker; has lovely fruit and density on the palate, but in the classic Fourrier elegant style; with more air it develops some peppery notes from the whole clusters; overall it is delicious and easy to sip; the whole cluster adds some complexity to the fruit and it adds a bit more animale notes with air. Good stuff.
