Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Entry level Bourgogne (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Comes across as quite sophisticated, perhaps a little more depth and consideration than the exuberance of the wines that preceded it. Great fruit, restrained but tasty, on the darker spectrum but no less delicious Still think this is too young and that you could keep it five years for a little improvement. But how to resist?
