Monday, February 21, 2022 - Decanted 2-3 hours before serving. We’ve had a few 100 points wines over the years and have generally been disappointed. Until last night. The nose on this was unreal. So complex and beautiful you almost hate to waste the wine by tasting it. But it tastes as good or better. Delicious, complex, haunting. I don’t think we’ve ever had a better Pinot Noir.
