Sunday, June 26, 2022 - Decanted for 2.5 hours. Pours a deep ruby red. Dark fruited aromas, think blueberry and black cherry, along with a spice/dust component. Big fruit quickly corralled into a short and smooth finish, closing with finely grained tannins. Smiles around the table as we made quick work of the bottle. This is clearly young but what an enthralling wine for the age and price point.
