Nose - lots going on here, floral, cherry, mushroom, forest floor, perhaps even burnt sugar and caramel.
Palate - great initial balance between sweet cherry and the weight of the wine, acid appears to really provide a nice balance, super long finishes with soft tannins, some baking spice, leather and mushroom.
Beautiful wine that is more interesting for me on Day 2, than Day 1 which was a pop and pour.
