Sunday, January 10, 2010 - Golden colour. Nice nose of honey, banana and some vanilla (must be the american oak). On the palate good acidity but also creamy. Overall quite modern but not bad. Matched well with grilled potatoes, cod and salsa verde (a Jamie Oliver recipie).
