Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - 90% Sangiovese / 10% Merlot.French & Hungarian barrels for 12 months

Decanted 30m, enjoyed over 2h.

Cherry, mocha, dusty earth, fresh cedar, when you smell a tomato that's hanging on the vine during a summer day, hint of baking chocolate , leather, almond.


Paired great with a simple meat sauce & fresh rigatoni.
