Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Pretty serious for declassified juice. Dark red cherry and tannic with a tiny bit of cola. More tannic than I planned for. Almost had a morgon thing going on. A bit earthy and some twigs and mushroom. Good for 50 bucks. I would wait a year or two for this. One bottle left.
