Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Round fruity notes. Firm acidity provides balance. Plenty of lift. Very nice effort. Not your typical Syrah. Adam's wines are unusual in a good way. Too many wines taste the same now days. Glad people like Adam are following a different path.
