Friday, December 29, 2023 - The wine looks violet colored. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like blueberry and vanilla, tastes like blueberry, toast, vanilla and oak. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

The wine seemed to have gained in density and intensity on day 2
