Thursday, November 17, 2011 - What a difference 3 years makes. The green notes are strong, the finish is smooth and if you like cab franc, you will not be disappointed. What surprised me most was how vibrant the wine tastes and how much bouquet is left on the nose. No reason not to drink away if you have them.
