Monday, December 29, 2008 - Drank with Christmas dinner. Great food wine that went well with the pot luck of holiday foods we gathered. Acidity cut through cream sauces and gravies and it had enough tannins to give it a nice finish. Definitely more herbal than fruity and probably not something I would drink by itself.
