Monday, February 27, 2023 - Just fucking tasty! Great acid, bubblegum (thats a new one for me, but now I cant move past it!, but not in a bad way at all), judicious use of wood. Got some slight excess of alcohol on the nose which mutes some of the fruit but is by no means a killer. This is probably best drunk in three more years or so.... But wtf do i know.
