Friday, February 16, 2024 - Mid ruby, aromas of raspberry, red cherry, blackcurrant, strawberry, cedar, baking spice & earth. Mid body, strong acidity, grippy slightly drying tannin. To taste strawberry, raspberry, cherry, vanilla, baking spice, toast, smoke, leather & earth. Long. Very good. Nice balance, flavours & complexity. Drying on the finish. Drink now.
