Thursday, May 11, 2023 - Opened one hour in advance. Piney cherry aroma. Pure, clean flavors of sweet cherry and leather, tart cherry/lemon finish. Mature, elegant, firm backbone, some complexity, amazing value. Probably not going to get any better but no sign of immediate decline. Amazing value.
