Saturday, September 24, 2022 - Plot above Echezeaux and receiving the north wind from the Combes d'Orveaux nearby.
Very intense nose, spices, mix of dark and blue fruits, some plums. The mouthfeel is concentrated, intense and tight, good mid palate density, long chalky finish. Not at the level of the best Vosne 1er in 2019 but quite close, and certainly remarkable.
Tasted after 24 hours of air.
