the flavor further evolved and the heat turned into just a hint of chocolate and vanilla, although not as much choc. as I remember from a bottle over the winter
the after taste was long and the wine had a full mouth feel
nice color.
I had it open for about 30 minutes before serving, and enjoyed over 2:30 hrs.
