Saturday, April 15, 2023 - Fantastic saignée, ie, does not taste like one, more like a proper rosé, ie a Prevost Facsimile. Aside from the pinkish color (vs Prevost’s copper tone) if blinded, you would be hard pressed to tell it apart from facsimile.
