Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Very savory, reductive nose. Opened up a bit, I may be a half an hour. Some cherry, black and blue fruit. Some smoke and savory notes. Very little tannin, but good acidity. The only thing that got me was there was a slightly stringent note on the finish that I didn’t notice in the 2018. Otherwise the swine is a great value And represents all that I love about tires/no girls wines at an early drinking bottle
