Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Pale lemon color. Pronounced aromas of grapefruit, lemon, lime, mango. High acidity, medium alcohol, light body. Pronounced flavors of the citrus and tropical fruit previously listed. Long finish.

A bit closer to the New Zealand style of SB than I remember, but not quite as "in your face with the grapefruit" that the Kiwi wines often have.
