Saturday, August 27, 2022 - From the winery: Principally Cinsault blended with Grenache, Syrah and Merlot.
No formal notes, other than the extra year of age softened the Cinsault bite. Good sipper for conversing with friends, or pair with lightly spiced chicken or pork.
Drink now or by fall of 2023.
