It's earthy and rich, with flavors that certainly tend much more towards mature, but there's a phenomenal citricity that keeps it very energetic and lifted. This, and sufficient fine mousse, keeps it from tipping over into 'old' territory, and with time it further integrates and gains in depth. I wish I had more of this, and if I did I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry to get through them.
