Sunday, April 17, 2011 - Big, big bold flavor profile. I got tons of graphite with double ink soaked blueberries, whatever that means. The nose was pleasant enough and had the aromas of mourvedre. There are definitive tannins plus acid levels that I am curious to see where this goes. Right now, it is disjointed, but there are some interesting elements here, if they blend well over time ,could become a 90+. I would wait another 2-3 years before opening another.
