Sunday, December 24, 2023 - This wine was nearly perfect for me. Opened it Xmas Eve morning around 8 AM, poured out a little and replaced the cork to micro-ox until dinner. Re-opened it about 6 PM and poured it immediately. Gorgeous nose of black fruit, tannins had really softened. I got black cherry on top, mild earth/mineral undertones, but just a stunner, well-balanced and elegant.
