Thursday, July 15, 2021 - Little bit of matchstick reduction on the nose with a healthy dose of chenin funk, smoke, and just a touch of brett. Overripe cantaloupe and mangosteen. Palate is smoky and oily. Really tasty and goes down way too easy.
