Sunday, January 30, 2022 - Surprisingly lithe and elegant for 16% alc (makes me more comfortable with 14% Burgundy!). Had slight vanilla creaminess and New World strength of fruit, but this was well balanced, without jamminess. I enjoyed this more than I expected with good balance and fruit with more savory than overripe notest. Tannic with some grittiness. Would like to see this again in 5-10 years. Tempted to buy a couple more, but want to try again first. 92
