Monday, September 25, 2023 - Bottle #2. Wow what a difference. This is a really fine and beautifully textured rosé, more like a white burgundy, a bit of something malolactic maybe with a stony streak running through. Absolutely gorgeous. I cannot believe this is the same wine.
