Friday, June 2, 2023 - Nose has hints of green apple and mineral tones. Mouth features more green apple along with bracing acidity without too much minerality. It’s a passable food friendly wine due to its neutral taste and high acidity. Could see this pairing very nicely with a spicy Asian dish.
