Overall, this is a winemakers wine. Bold and powerful with a soothing sweetness in the palate and a long finish of dark chocolate (a hint of bitterness). Tannins are still present so maybe this needs a bit more time?
Not sure if this is for everyone (or for me) but if you can handle the boldness, certainly well made and enjoyable.
